STRATEGI PENERAPAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK BERBASIS E-GOVERNMENT DI INDONESIA PADA ERA REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0

Abstract


Up to today, there are still several problems regarding public service in Indonesia, such as the low quality of service product, rare access for marginalized communities, and the extinction of service complaint hotline. One of the innovations to overcome this problem is by utilizing the e-goveernment in public services. This paper aims to identify the strategies in the optimalization of the e-government. There are some strategy that can be employed, i.e: 1) The implementation of One Portal Data System; 2) The use of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a guidance of e-government development; 3) Whole of Government (WoG) strategy in delivering services; 4) Implementation of Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA) for Civil Service; and 5) Optimizing the rule of Vocational School in developing working technology.
